‘Halloween Spectacle’ in St James’s Park, organised by The Royal Parks and Peyton & Byrne, will take place on Sunday 31 October 2010 from 11am to 7pm.
The free event, located near ‘Inn the Park’ restaurant, will include a Peyton & Byrne Farmers’ Market from 11am to 3pm – celebrating some of the best local British suppliers, pumpkin carving demonstrations, cake decorating classes and free craft activities for children. There will also be a ‘scariest pumpkin’ competition at 5pm and a Ghosts and Legends guided walk will take place between 6pm and 7pm. On 31 October Inn the Park restaurant will be open as usual for visitors and locals but serving a special menu using ingredients from the visiting suppliers. Head Chef Amanda Wilson has created a delicious two course menu priced at £18.50. For further information please visit: www.innthepark.com

What is there to eat? As well as delicious samples from each of the stalls, there will be Peyton & Byrne burgers and sausages on the BBQ, seasonal food in the restaurant, cakes and cupcakes and lots more.
Producers include: Greg “The Pumpkin Man’, Mrs T Mushrooms, Clayton Organic Farm, England Preserves, Ruby Red Soaps, Lovely Drinks, Kernel Beers, Helsett Farm, Regents Park Honey, Mini Magoo Granola and Chegworth Valley Organic.
