I was in London last weekend and the shops and streets are really starting to come alive with not only the upcoming Royal Jubilee but the Olympic Games. Just in case you have been on a desert island we are this years host.
Lots of promotional goodies have been coming my way and the whole family has been getting involved in trying Union Jack themed goodies and Olympic memorabilia.
One such goodie is the “I’m Supporting” campaign in conjunction with Next’s official Team GB and Paralympics GB Supporters’ Scarves.
The scarves have been designed by Next as part of their support for London 2012 and are the must have item of the summer! Even the Duchess of Cambridge is wearing a supporters scarf!
(All profits from the sale of the scarves will be donated to the British Olympic Association - helping British Olympic and Paralympic athletes deliver their best performance at London 2012 and beyond.)

I received one along with others around the blogosphere to show our support for the Association and have a bit of fashion fun by styling the scarf in different ways. Luckily I have a handy assistant who is in fact involved with the Paralympics already!
Paige, is off to see the stadium next week and as she is in college studying to be a sports teacher, is thrilled. She is more excited by the Paralympics as she is actually coaching a local team event with disabled children called Boccia .
So with this in mind and a big supporter of the games she seemed the best model for the scarf. We had a great time in the sun styling it and yet again she has pinched it to display on her wrist when she coaches next.
Erm not very inventive!!
We loved this look on her shorts.
Team GB!!!!!!
From Ooh la la!
To Oh No!!
Its a really cool scarf, we had lots of fun styling it and its a great accessory for the upcoming games!
If you buy the scarf, don't forget to have a go at winning some fab prizes on the Next website.
Next’s ‘Wear it, Wave it and Win’ prize draw page http://bit.ly/GILaEm has all the details about how to purchase a scarf and then be entered into weekly draws.
