This slightly blurred picture was added to my Facebook wall last week after I made this speedy Lemon and Blueberry cake, I quipped it was too tatsy to spend time focusing on a photo, it is so moist and so delicious. An all in one whizz in the processor and bake.
I was asked for the recipe enough to know its appealing to more than citrus flavour loving me.
So I decided to make it again, its from a BBC Good Food. Its in the oven now so I will be back with photos and recipe soon.
