Conor gave up chocolate for Lent, he is not particularly religious, he just liked the idea of giving up a favourite food to see if he could. He is doing well. He still needs a snack for college days and when he fancies something yummy. He eyed them cautiously as he says health bars are normally yuck!
I was asked to try out Yu Bars and also to give some away to my readers.
I wanted to try at least one and chose the wild berry, this bar appealed to my taste buds, sweet, delicious and if I had not promised Conor the rest, I would have reached for another.
First bite is a creamy yogurt coating, then a lovely crunchy chewy texture, finally a yummy fruit filling made,

It works so well, its sweet enough to make you feel like you are having a treat, its low enough in calories to be a healthy snack. This bar is 133 calories.
They are half price in Tesco's at the moment 89p for a pack of three.
Conor loved them, he will be taking them on his weekly expeditions, he does a lot of walking as part of his college course, the Yu Bar will keep him going.
