Nurishment Drinks Review The health drink thats sooo tasty!

I did a quick personal survey to see how many people had heard of or drank Nurishment, I was drinking this as a teen, my in laws were from Jamaica and this was a drink always in the fridge. I found that possibly half of my friends have never heard of it. So possibly you haven't either

It was said to  put hairs on your chest.
Well I have drunk a lot of it, I  have a hair free chest thankfully, but it has given me the energy I needed form time to time. Its a very tasty flavoured milk really packed with nutrients.
Paige and Conor both active, Paige as you probably remember is doing The Duke of Edinburgh and Conor long distance running. Paige took Nurishment on her Bronze award training weekend and the real assessment.

Now I am all for health but what about taste, well its a fabulous smooth tasty milk, the banana is a favourite of mine, very natural tasting.
Its refreshing and sweet and when you are done you feel as good as they taste.

I am much happier with these drinks than with some of the energy drinks sold that just seem to be caffeine filled.
The cans have six flavours Chocolate, Strawberry, Banana, Vanilla, Raspberry and Cherry.

There is also Nurishment Extra,  in plastic bottles perfect for on the go mums, Paige on her hikes, Conor just before a run. Banana, Chocolate, Vanilla and Strawberry perfect as a healthy energy boost.

If you’re like us, you want something that’s convenient, tasty and refreshing, but not too heavy. That’s where Nurishment comes into its own.

We know that many of you drink Nurishment Original because it provides all your recommended daily intake of vitamins, minerals and calcium. The added bonus is that it’s also a great source of protein.

The Vitamin A in Nurishment Original helps to strengthen your immunity against infections and, you may be surprised to hear, it can improve your vision in dim light! Vitamin D, also in Nurishment Original, has a number of important functions. For example it helps to regulate the amount of calcium and phosphate in your body. These are required to help keep bones and teeth healthy.

We’ve also made sure that new Nurishment Extra (the one in the bottle!) is packed with many of life’s daily essentials, including key vitamins and minerals. We’ve included calcium for healthy bones, iron to help maintain fitness and zinc, the mineral that plays a key role in keeping your immune system up to scratch.

Like Original, Nurishment Extra is also rich in vitamins, including Vitamin C – an essential nutrient for wellbeing, Thiamin (B1) which converts blood sugar into energy and is essential for the nervous system and Riboflavin (B2) which helps to process calories from carbohydrates, protein and fat.

You’ll find lots of other vitamins in Nurishment Extra. These include B6 which helps to keep the brain in good working order, Niacin (B3) which helps with the digestive system, Folacin which is needed to make normal red blood cells and Vitamin B12 which contributes towards a healthy central nervous system.
Nurishment Extra is also suitable for mums to be and young children as it doesn’t contain Vitamin A or D.
But let’s not get too technical! Quite simply, if you lead life on the go, satisfying Nurishment Original or Extra will help to recharge your batteries, anytime anyplace.

If you’re like us, you want something that’s convenient, tasty and refreshing, but not too heavy. That’s where Nurishment comes into its own.

The Nurishment cans rrp at £1.09 and the Nurishment Extra at 99p and are available in leading supermarkets, garages and convenience stores across the country.
