Simpsons Microwaveable Sponge Pudding

Its a tough job reviewing sometimes, having to try out the Simpsons range of sponge puddings!
But I am not one to shy away from a tough duty to bring my readers the scoop on these new desserts! Aren't I good to you?................Stop, ok I am lying no tough duty here at all, just a totally warming sweet experience.

With the snow thick outside what could be more comforting than a hot sponge pudding and custard.
Only there's no bowl steaming over a pan of water for hours, just heat in a microwave for 40 seconds, just time to open a pot of cream.
Then the only other problem you have is which one to eat next, my faves were the Chocolate Sponge and the Sticky Toffee Sponge, the Strawberry Jam, Syrup and Spotted Dick, yes they were all favourites, so moist and tasty.

EASY TO COOK SPONGES NOW BEING SERVED

Easy to heat sponge puddings that melt in the mouth are yours to enjoy any day of the week thanks to Simpsons of Manchester.

Simpsons, which celebrates its centenary this year, has launched a range of 130g microwavable sponge puddings with sauces, for two.

Simpsons twin pot sponge puddings consist of five traditional favourites - Strawberry Jam, Sticky Toffee, Syrup, Spotted Dick and Chocolate. Each one can be microwaved in under a minute.

And the even better news is that each pudding is also available as a single pot with custard. Go on, treat yourself!

Both pudding formats are available from Asda and Morrisons priced approximately £1.29 to £1.35.
