This is really tasty and great in summer, you could also fry in a pan .
1 tablespoon Black and Beyond Percol coffee beans
2 tablespoons whole black peppercorns
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Worcestshire Sauce
4 steaks (Rump or fillet)
Salt to taste
Coarsely grind the coffee beans and peppercorns in a food processor or coffee grinder. Blend with each other.
Mix the oil and the Worcestershire sauce and coat the steaks turning to cover.
Then dip steaks into the pepper and coffee mix. marinate for 30 minutes.
Cook on a hot BBQ according to how you like your steak.
You can add chilli flakes to the coffe mix for added heat.
Remove the steaks from the grill. Season both sides with salt. Allow to rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
