Closed Win a Genki Haramaki Giveaway 31 Ends 03/05

This is the first question I asked, the new sounding name got my curiosity going and then as I read more I realised it was a great natural health product for me. Its a tummy warmer.
Great for my Raynaud's Syndrome and I find it really awesome that covering my tummy and  lets face it how many of us are happy to do that anyway, can stop my fingers and toes going painfully numb?
I have had a mine a month now and it does keep my whole body warmer definitely. Read my Genki haramaki review here fro all the fab uses.
Briefly it eases period pains, great for supporting baby bumps oh and my Haramaki will be used as a boob tube in summer.
Its that versatile.
Japanese women have long known the benefits of these tummy warmers, traditional Japanese garments worn to maintain warmth and well being, they can aid digestion, ease menstrual cramps and give support in pregnancy.

Winner of Best New Product at camexpo 2010, the Genki haramaki offers a modern interpretation, featuring a snugly-fitting, double-layered design. Two sizes fit all, and there are nine colours available. It costs £19.99

Wear at home to relax, in bed for more restful sleep, or during sports and outdoor activities to avoid chills. Our haramaki uses only the softest cotton, gentle enough to be worn directly against the skin, or as a stylish outer layer.

Keeping the abdominal organs warm helps the body distribute warmth and energy all-round. Circulation is improved, so even hands and feet feel warmer.
Wearing the haramaki can also:
- Aid digestion
- Ease menstrual cramps
- Give support during and post-pregnancy
- Soothe common abdominal ailments
