Win Vegetable Cookbooks Giveaway Winners

I've really loved this giveaway for all the fab comments about vegetables, it got a lot of you very passionate.

I learned that Brussel Sprouts, Parsnips, Sweetcorn, Broad Beans and Mushrooms are the most hated veg, some even declared their most disliked the work of the Devil!!
A bit harsh but very funny!

I was told a couple of jokes, thanks PhyllGerry, heard some great stories, plus I learned some fab tips on the post and through further discussion on Twitter, I will be adopting some. The parsnips baked in lemon and added to risottos is a must try. I was also told about a method of cooking courgettes in cream, butter and Parmesan, I can hear my hips groaning at that coming dish.
