Kelly's is a staple food of Cornwall its the dessert after any Cornish pasty for us, we holiday in Cornwall each year and Chris and I loved it so much we married there a few years ago and we always hunt down a Kelly's ice cream van usually spotted on the popular Cornish beaches.
Its just really good ice cream, the Cornish cream makes it a luxurious fresh taste. Perfect for summer.
When it rolled out across supermarkets we were extremely pleased and each new flavour (I've heard a new one is out ) is welcomed into our home.
This Easter I will be trying the dessert for my children and being a bit of a kid I think I will be trying their version too.
