MyTuxedo: the school Prom problem solver!

I have twins, a boy and girl as some of you know and both are turning 16 in a couple of weeks, they are just embarking on an intense few weeks of GCSE's and most evenings and weekends they spend cramming information and then stressing they need to do more, Paige has 16 exams, Conor 22!!

We do what we can to alleviate the stress and try and organise mini moments to get them to blow off steam and we are trying things like beach trips, DVD nights with all the works ice cream, popcorn, pamper nights for Paige and Games night for Conor, but at the end of June they are going to need a big event to celebrate finishing touch study.

That's where luckily for me the school take over with Prom Night.

Its the night I only watched on TV, an all American end of school highlight, but now as with a few of American traditions for example Halloween its been adopted over here.

However this is the bit where parents can join in the stress of paying for it all,  please feel stop a moment and feel my pain  as I have double outfits to buy.

For Conor we instantly thought of hiring a suit it just seemed the cheaper option its around £50 - £75 depending on what he wants to wear, then you start to look at just how costly that is for one night only. The only memory of the outfit will be a photograph.

So when MyTuxedo.co.uk got in contact and told me about their Prom packages I was obviously listening, however when I realised that for the same price and in some cases (depending on sizes) even less that the hire tux, I was not just listening I was agog!!

Not only are they a fantastic price to buy, its all done at home, the sizing guides are given and so it works out so much less hassle, especially if you have a son who thinks shopping is the closest thing to hell on earth!
Also saves you the not so 'Happy' burger meal and the whining for the latest XBox 360 game too!!

You can buy everything too, shoes, cuff links, cummerbund the complete package is either made up for you or you can pick and choose.

Clever hey?

Conor and I will be reviewing one of the prom packages soon so stay tuned all you Mums and dads with a prom night looming.

But worry no more, with the help of MyTuxedo.co.uk, the number one online formalwear retailer for men/boys, there are some great Prom packages on offer so not only will your boy look great there won’t be a dent in your bank balance either.

The boy’s tuxedo packages cater for a wide age range of 2 – 16 years with prices starting from just £20 to buy and 17 – 18 years from just £30. And the huge bonus is, the outfit can be bought from the comfort of your own home and can be delivered within 24 hours, so there won’t be any hassle dragging the kids around the high street in search for the perfect outfit!
