Spin Pin by Goody Review

As mentioned before in my other review of the Ouchless Range from Goody Paige and I often have our long hair up, its practical on windy days and also pretty nice looking for an evening out or restaurant meal.
We must have used 100's of grips in our time, they are handy to pop in lots to secure our hair. They also are annoying as they bend very easily, especially in Paige's hair as its long and the bun is quite thick.
I am forever losing them, I also take them out and pop them on a shelf, throw them in the side pocket in the car, in my handbag, then have to go hunting.

We still keep on buying them especially as buns, now known as Up Do's are right on trend.
But I was sent the new Spin Pin to try, a strange spring like accessory they replaces the need for grips, is large enough that I wont lose it and easy to use, we had great results and it holds the hair in for ages, no grips sliding loose.

I read on the Goody website that at the Milan Fashion week both Gucci and Prada showcased a very sleek side part bun – with Gucci showing a knot low at the back, and Prada showing the knot worn at the side.

The celebs were out in full red carpet glamour for the Emmy Award ceremony recently, and they certainly didn’t disappoint in the style stakes. From their beautiful gowns to their crowning glory, there were a lot of reasons to want to copycat our favourite celebs.

The messy updo looks like it is here to stay with many stars wearing their own version of it. Eva Longoria Parker wore a wavy loose bun
