Given to Distracting Others has teamed up with BBC Gardeners' World Live to give away three pairs of general admission tickets to the show which takes place at the NEC in Birmingham between June 15-19.

The show features a vast array of gardening and food exhibits including live filming of the hugely popular Saturday Morning Kitchen with celebrity chef James Martin.

Organisers of the show say buying your loved one a ticket for the event is the perfect Valentine's gift.

A member of the public could see their design built at the show through a competition run with the National Society of Allotment and Leisure Gardeners. Entry to the BBC Good Food Show Summer is included in your ticket, where you can discover a wealth of local producers and see live cooking demonstrations from top celebrity chefs including James Martin.

Plus following a hugely acclaimed launch at the BBC Good Food Show Winter James Martin will be hosting Saturday Kitchen Live with celebrity guests discovering their food heaven and food hell. Once again the nation’s most popular food TV programme will be brought to life in the MasterChef Experience with the stars of the BBC TV series, John Torode and Gregg Wallace, live on stage.
