As with all Dorling Kindersley books the photography is beautiful and the dishes look as they did on the shows, there are fab tips from John Torrode, the stern Monica Galleti ( She was scary wasn't she?) recipes from celebrity winners and some of my favourites Dhruv Baker and Dr Tim Kinnaird.
