Kent's Kitchen Review

Time to hang up the phone, stop searching for the takeaway leaflets and go to the cupboard, grab a pan a couple of ingredients the all important Kent's Kitchen meal kit. Because if you're anything like us, in the time it would have taken you to look through the curry house's menu and order you will have a fantastic curry that is natural, tasty and authentic.
Kent's Kitchen are amazing, I received some of the curry meal kits to review, there are Indian, Moroccan, Chinese and the ones I would love to try  next risottos.

The first thing I looked at was the packaging three see through tubs hold an oil, a paste and spices I have to say they look quite clean, clinical almost but as I used them I was happy with this storage method.
The little pots showcase the contents well, they are fab as they keep your hands clean as opposed to other kits where messy me struggles with a little sachet and invariably get it on my fingers or worse cannot get all the good stuff out.

As you can see not much is needed to make the Madras Curry
once you have the kit and its so simple to put it all together.
The chicken is fried in the garlic infused oil and its instantly a pleasurable aroma filling the kitchen, after 5 minutes I add the paste and simmer this for a further 5 minutes.
The kitchen is now filled with pungent heavy spiced fragrance and this is the point where the other diner appears. Chris adores curry and we are expectant that this will be a good one.

Now I just add the final spices, the tomatoes and the sliced onions, bring to the boil and then simmer for 15 minutes.
That's it done!!
I enjoyed the ease of cooking but wow the eating was easy too, the taste was superb, its really flavoursome hot spicy and much much moreish.

The other kits I received were all hits I have only one thing I would like to see would be a family sized kit.
