BOURSIN MINIS REVIEW

Two things I love about reviewing is trying a new product or trying a favourite product but still learning something new.
Boursin is mostly always in my fridge so when I was offered the opportunity to try Boursin Minis, I of course said yes.
I did a little research and discovered that its been around a long time and was the first cheese in a TV ad.

Boursin Garlic & Herbs was launched in 1963 and quickly became a household name across France. In 1968 Boursin made history as the first cheese featured in a TV ad campaign. It featured famous French comedian Jacques Duby, cast in the role of the first 'Boursinophile', a cheese lover unable to resist the alluring taste of Boursin whatever time of day or night. Waking in the middle of the night, he rushes to the fridge in his pajamas shrieking for Boursin 18 times.

I know how Jacques feels, I often find myself at the fridge looking for Boursin, I love it on Carrs Water biscuits or a huge slice of pain rustique.
What I love is that they are all ready waiting for you to eat, no foil to unwrap. They are little cubes of the creamy Boursin and

are very tempting, its easy to pop one in your mouth as you get the milk out for your tea.

They are so easy you will find yourself using them on more foods if you love them. A few cubes on a jacket potato.
Popped on top of a hot crumpet.
The ciabatta recipe on the Boursin site is well worth making, the peppers complement the Boursin Minis so well. I used normal ham though.

I cannot wait to eat these ar Christmas on my cracker selection box, very handy and easy to use.
