Ecover New Laundry range Review

Not easy being green?
Well this is the question I challenge myself with from time to time.
I do as a mum and householder find green products only good if they still perform.
So Ecover sent me some products to review.
They are very earnest in their aim to lessen the impact on the environment.
Their CEO Mick Brennan's talks about researching behind all the products we buy and think twice about what we do. He assures consumers in the performance of Ecover's product and is very thoughtful it seems in his quest for good eco friendly items.

I was sent the Concentrated Laundry Liquid and softener, also the Non-Bio powder.

So  I be green and clean is my question and after using for the last couple of weeks I can say yes.
Our clothes go through the usual trials that everybody else do, I have a husband who wears suits but sometimes he has to oversee work on a building site so can come back with mud and dust, his clothes were as clean with Ecover as with my usual powder.
I love the fragrance of the softener it smells like soap from when I was a child. Paige came in from school and said how nice the hall smelled and asked if it was a new air freshener.

Reading the info I am impressed and I can testify to the exceptional washing, just need a natural brightener and I would be happy.

With Ecover’s brand-spanking new laundry range, it’s easier and more affordable than ever. Not only has Ecover developed some fantastic new formulas, but they have made some magnificent money savings per laundry load for consumers too.
The brilliant new laundry range from Ecover - a world pioneer in ecological cleaning - is guaranteed to outshine its competitors when it hits shelves this October.

The new laundry range packs enough punch to make your whites sparkle in the winter sun, whilst remaining brilliantly gentle on the environment and respectful to your skin. How? Because Ecover only uses sustainable plant-based and mineral ingredients that deliver fantastic cleaning results, allowing you to maintain a clear conscious whilst keeping your clothes beautifully clean.

The Bio and Non-Bio Powders have a new, sparkling, better-than-ever formula; and the Fabric Softeners and Concentrated Laundry Liquids have been given a new fresh, contemporary look.

What’s more, with prices starting at just £1.79, the new Ecover range won’t break the bank, meaning there really is no excuse not to put a little green into your laundry regime.

As part of the product development for the new laundry range, Ecover’s Non-Bio and Bio Powders also have a new concentrated formula. This means less powder per box, a smaller box size (now 750g), and less packaging. With less powder for the same amount of washes, the cost per load is reduced by a whopping 25 per cent, meaning fantastic savings for everyone.

The new formula has also been designed to perform better at 30°C …without compromising on fantastic cleaning performance.

A lot of bottle
Under the Sun and Amongst the Flowers - Ecover’s two gorgeous Fabric Softeners - will be re-launched in 750ml bottles, bringing the product in line with the market average size, allowing consumers to make like-for-like comparisons against other products in-store.

Pearly Queen
The Concentrated Laundry Liquids, developed towards the end of 2009, will now be dressed head-to-foot in new pearlescent bottles. Offering exceptional washing results (even at low temperatures), and more washes per 750ml bottle. Ecover’s powerful concentrates mean you can tackle your dirty laundry with an even cleaner conscience.
