He fills you with enthusiasm and is very motivating. He says its a high intensity, low impact and for mixed ability.
The workouts are fast and I became quite good at the dance moves too. You can start with easier options. twice a week and a healthy diet will lead to losing pounds you are told at the beginning.
By the end you will have worked out and know you have, my tip make sure you have water, the music is great Rihanna's Rude Boy to Dirtee Disco by the brilliant Dizee.
Its really hard at times but fun and if I keep this up by Christmas I will be fit enough to get that turkey into the oven.
