Clinitas Soothe Review - Keep party peepers sparkling this Christmas

I suffer from dry eyes on occasion, its stops me in my tracks, the only way you can get relief is eyedrops.

If I am really unlucky and not near home and I suffer with it, it means I have a long time of discomfort and I do end  up having to go home.
Thank goodness these times are over. Clinatas Soothe is portable, slips into bag or pocket, I can keep it in the car too, I suffer dry eye if the air con is on when driving.

The best thing is that they do work, I tried some today and they are gentle, soothing and thoroughly recommended for the coming Christmas season and cold winds that can make it worse.

In a bid to become a festive favourite this Christmas, the company behind Clinitas Soothe® has extended distribution of its daily eye drops, which can relieve the irritation of dry-eye symptoms. This winter, stockists of the eye-drops will include larger Boots stores, select Specsavers outlets, high street pharmacies and optical outlets in the UK and Republic of Ireland.

To keep eyes feeling fresh and hydrated during winter celebrations, Clinitas Soothe® preservative-free eye drops from Altacor bring rapid and prolonged relief from dry-eye discomfort. The annual festivities can play havoc with personal, social and working life for the many people affected by dry eyes. Parties, late nights, extended contact lens wear and the effects of socialising can take their toll on the normal production of tears that keep the eyes hydrated.

The effects of dry-eye can be at best annoying, at worst debilitating and could mar a festive occasion. Symptoms can include gritty, itchy, stinging sensations and persistent discomfort around the eyes, problems that can be aggravated by lifestyle, age, gender and health.

Portable, lightweight and discreet, handy Clinitas Soothe® droppers are ideal to pop into a make-up bag for use on the go, tucked into a travel kit or simply slipped into a pocket ready to soothe dry eyes whenever and wherever required. Each sterile resealable individual dropper can be recapped for up to 12 hours for easy and convenient use throughout the day while minimising wastage.

Clinitas Soothe® contains 0.4% of a natural lubricant, sodium hyaluronate – the highest available concentration for an eye drop. Its formulation is dual acting, boosting and stabilising the tear film that coats and protects the eye. It provides rapid relief, stays in the eye for long-lasting comfort, is non-toxic and is generally suitable for contact lens wearers.

Clinitas Soothe® has a UK RRP of £6.49 for 20 x 0.5ml doses (9.99 in the Republic of Ireland). It is available as Clinitas® on prescription.

It can also be ordered online at www.clinitas.info or by calling: +44 (0) 1223 421410 or +353 18068656 in the Republic of Ireland.

Dry-eye syndrome is a common and increasingly prevalent condition. It occurs when insufficient tears are produced or when the tears are of poor quality and the tear film doesn't function properly.

Clinitas Soothe® contains 0.4% sodium hyaluronate – the highest commercially available concentration for an eye drop. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring biopolymer found widely in connective tissue and in the vitreous body of the human eye. Several clinical studies validate the restorative effect that sodium hyaluronate can have and its potential to improve the quality of life for dry-eye sufferers.
